You can complete your Quizrr training using the app, or in a browser. This guide covers both, and what to expect once training starts.

Getting started
Using the app
Always scan the QR code first. If you don't have the app installed yet, scanning will prompt you to download it — you don't need to search the App Store or Google Play Store separately.

A stable internet connection, to download the app without interruptions
Enough free storage space on your phone or tablet
Installing using a QR code
Open your smartphone or tablet camera.
Point the camera at the QR code.
Tap the link that appears to open it in your browser.
The link takes you to the right store — the App Store for iOS, or Google Play Store for Android.
Tap the download button and wait for the installation to finish.
Note: You'll always get the latest version when you download the app — updates happen automatically.
If the app fails to download or install
This usually happens for one of two reasons: not enough free space, or your Android phone blocking installs from outside the Google Play Store.
Not enough storage space: You may see a message like “insufficient free space.” Your device needs at least 50 MB free to install the app. Free up space by removing things you no longer need — unused apps, backed-up photos or videos, old documents, downloaded files — then try again.
Android blocking the installation: Some Android phones need permission to install apps from outside the Google Play Store (sometimes called “Unknown sources” or “Install unknown apps”). See Does my device support Quizrr training? for the steps to allow this, then try installing again.
Using a browser
There are two ways to start: using a training link, or directly from your Dashboard.
Using a training link
Click the link your administrator shared with you. If it doesn't open automatically, copy and paste it into your browser. The training opens on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
From the Dashboard
If you're logged in to the Dashboard, you can start training directly. Click the green Start training button on the Dashboard home page.
You may need to create an account before you start.
How training works
Once you've opened your training — through the app or in your browser — the steps are the same:
Choose your language
Choose the language you feel most comfortable with (and accept cookies, if you're training in a browser), then tap or click Start. You can change your language later from the settings icon.
Note: Managers and workers should complete the training separately.
Watch the intro video

Choose individual or group training
You can train alone, or in a group of up to five people. For the best experience, we recommend groups of three. Group training may not be available depending on your training setup.
Select your module
If you have more than one program, select the program first, then the module you want to complete. Complete modules in the order they appear — we recommend finishing all modules in one session when possible.
Read the privacy information
No action needed — this screen is for your information only. See Quizrr's Privacy Policy for more information.
Complete your profile
You'll be asked for a few details, such as:
Gender
Age group
Job level
Employee ID
Your name is optional — if you add it, it's only used on your personal training certificate. For individual training, you enter your own profile; for group training, each person enters their own.
Watch the film and answer the quiz
You'll also answer a few baseline questions before training starts, to see what you already know. After that, click play to watch each film, then answer the quiz questions that follow. If you answer incorrectly, you get one more try — we always show the correct answer.
Give feedback
At the end of each module, and at the end of the full program, you'll answer a few short feedback questions. This helps us improve the training experience.
Continue to the next module
After each module, you'll see your result. Click Continue to the next module to keep going.
Finish the training
After finishing the training, you'll see your results for the whole training program.
Note: If you can't finish in one session, that's fine. See Everything about your training progress to learn how your progress is saved and how to pick up where you left off.
