Under the profile icon in the top right corner, you’ll find the ‘Training Library’ page. Here, you can see all available training programs and easily share them with employees.
How to use the Training Library
On the ‘Training Library’ page, you can:
find all your programs
start training yourself
or share them with your team
It is important to ensure that you access the correct site's Training Library to maintain accurate tracking of training completions and assignments.
Share training programs with your team
Quizrr training is available both on the web and in the app for smartphones and tablets. Ensuring that the correct training link is shared is crucial for accurate tracking and completion of training programs. There are three ways to invite your team to start training:
Standard link (web) – Recommended when everyone on your team has an email. Copy and share a link so colleagues can access the training on the web and register with their email.
Simplified access link (web) – Best when some people on your team do not have an email. Copy and share a link that lets employees start training directly on the web, without needing to register.
QR code (Quizrr app) – Download and share a QR code so employees can access the training in the Quizrr app on smartphones or tablets, with the option to train offline.
If you're managing multiple sites, ensure you switch to the correct site’s account before sharing links or QR codes to ensure accurate tracking.
Share multiple programs at once
If you want to access multiple training programs through a single QR code, click ‘Select multiple trainings,’ choose the programs you’d like to combine, and then select whether to share them on the web or in the apps.
Start training yourself
To start training yourself, click the green ‘Start training’ button. For more information on how to start your own training, read the article Start your own training.
Start training with a QR code
To start training using the Quizrr app:
Select 'Get QR code' to download it.
Scan the QR code using the camera on your smartphone or tablet.
If you already have the Quizrr app installed, it will open automatically and take you to the training.
If you do not have the app installed, first download Quizrr from the App Store or Google Play. Then scan the QR code again to access your training.
