Welcome to Quizrr! Registering your account is quick and easy, and will give you access to all available training programs and features. Follow these simple steps to get started.
Step-by-step guide for registering your Quizrr account
1. Click the registration link
Click the registration link to start the registration process.
Note: The registration link should only be used once to register your organisation. After you have registered, you can log in to the Quizrr platform at any time.
If the sign-up link you received doesn’t work, please contact Quizrr either through the support chat or by sending an email to [email protected].
2. Enter your email address
Please press 'Continue' to move to the next step.
3. Review Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy
Please review the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, and accept them at the bottom of each page.
If you would like to read them again later, you can always find them at https://www.quizrr.se/.
4. Open your inbox to find the six-digit one-time password
Enter this one-time password to verify your email address.
Note: The email subject now includes your code — for example, "12345 is your Quizrr verification code." If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or try resending the email. For more help, see Why didn't I receive my one-time password (OTP)?
5. Set up your organization or continue with an existing organization
If you already have registered to the Quizrr Dashboard with your email, you will be asked whether you want to continue with an existing organization or create a new one.
If you haven't registered for the Quizrr Dashboard with your email yet, you'll skip this screen and go straight to setting up your organization.
Setting up a new organization
Enter your organization’s name.
If you have one, enter your facility ID (as assigned by the brand inviting you to train). Not sure what this is? See What is a facility ID and where can I find it?
Choose the country where your organisation is located.
(Optional) Enter the approximate number of employees working in your organization.
(Optional) Enter your organization's industry.
Note: Note: You may also see questions about labor agents or service retail stores, but these aren't part of the standard setup.
After entering these details, press 'Continue' to finalize your registration.
Note: If your organization's name or ID is already taken, you can:
Sign up using a different name or ID
Sign in with an already connected email
Reach out to your training admin or Quizrr support
Continuing with an existing organization
If you continue with an existing organization, you only need to fill in the information you haven't entered before. You'll then have access to the same account as before, with your new program or setup added.
