Your training may load slowly, respond slowly, or take a long time to download. The cause is usually your internet connection. Follow the steps below to fix it.
Check your internet connection
A weak or unstable connection is the most common cause of slow training.
Make sure your device has a strong internet connection.
A weak connection makes downloads slow.
Move to a place with better Wi-Fi or mobile signal. Then try again.
Train offline if your connection is weak
You can train offline in the Quizrr app. Offline training does not need the internet, so a weak connection cannot slow it down.
Connect to a strong Wi-Fi network.
Open the Quizrr app and tap the cog icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.
Select Offline learning, then tap Download.
When the download is complete, continue your training. You do not need the internet.
Quizrr saves your progress on your device. When you are online again, it sends your progress automatically. Learn more in Offline training.
If training is still slow
If training is still slow after checking your connection, work through these one at a time:
Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
Open your browser in incognito mode or a private window.
Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
Switch to a different device.
Try a different internet connection.
