It is easy to download training certificates directly from the Quizrr Dashboard. We want to ensure you can access the proof of your training quickly and reliably. Follow these clear, step-by-step instructions to get everything you need.
Accessing the Team Management Page
Open your browser and go to the Quizrr Dashboard.
Log in with your account details.
Click your initials in the top right corner.
Select Team Management.
Note: If you have access to more than one account, choose the facility you want to review.
Selecting and downloading certificates
Click the button that says 'Download all certificates'. This opens a window where you'll choose what to download and which details to include.
Select the type of certificate you want to download. You can either choose to download all certificates for all employees in the selected time period, or for the facility.
Choose the program, which language you want the certificates in (you can either have them in English, or in the language the training was taken in), and the time period you want to view. Then click download.
The file will be saved to your computer.
Note: The file may be saved as a zip file. It includes all participants who completed training during the selected time period. The name or employee ID will appear on each certificate. If you want your name to appear, please enter your name correctly in the mandatory field during registration.
Tips for easy access
Make sure your browser allows downloads.
If a file does not open, refresh the page or try to download it again.
If you cannot find a certificate, check that the participant has completed all required modules.
Common mistakes to avoid
Selecting the wrong time period when downloading.
Forgetting to choose the correct facility if you have access to more than one.
Not entering your name in the mandatory field, which results in only your employee ID appearing.
Trying to open the zip file before it has finished downloading.
