Your training certificate celebrates your learning and helps you feel motivated and confident. Many trainees enjoy receiving it because it shows real progress and achievement. This article explains how certificates work, how to download them, and answers common questions.
How can I get my certificate?
A certificate needs to be downloaded from the Quizrr Dashboard by someone in your organization that has access to it. If you have completed the training and would like to receive your certificate you will need to ask your training admin.

Will my name appear on the certificate?
If you enter your name in the personal information section before starting the training, that name will appear on your certificate.
Your name is not used by managers to track your training results. All training results are anonymous. Adding your name only helps Quizrr create and deliver your certificate when you complete the training.
How long does it take to get my certificate?
Most certificates are available soon after you finish your training. In many cases, your certificate appears immediately in the team management section of the dashboard.
Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours.
Common mistakes to avoid
Here are a few things that can stop your certificate from showing the way it should
Not adding your name before starting the training
Internet connection issues during training
Closing the app before the completion screen appears
Not completing all training modules
