There are different ways to track your team's training progress, but the Training Progress Report gives you the most detailed view.
From the Team Management page, under the profile icon in the top right corner, you can download the Training Progress Report to see who has completed training, and download certificates for anyone who has completed it. For step-by-step instructions on downloading certificates, see Download training certificates.
Before you start
Prepare a list of employee names and employee ID numbers. This makes it easier to match your team against the training progress report.
How to use the Training Progress Report
The Training Progress Report is a CSV file that tracks training completion, so you can monitor participation and plan follow-up training.
If your organization has more than one training program, each program appears in its own tab. The report lists everyone who took part, and shows which modules they've completed.
What "Completed" and "In progress" mean
Check the status column to see where each employee stands:
Completed means they've finished every module in that program
In progress means they still have modules left
Each Quizrr training program has more than one module, and employees need to complete every module to get the full training. We encourage all facilities to train 100% of their workforce.
Understanding the module columns
Each module has its own column. Under each module name, you'll see the date and time the employee completed it. A blank cell means they haven't taken that module yet.
Note: We take data privacy seriously. While you can see who has completed training, performance data is never traced back to any individual. All participants stay anonymous, and performance is only shown in aggregated form on the dashboard. The report only shows completion data for people within your own company. For privacy reasons, you can't access data from suppliers in your supply chain.
If someone's name doesn't appear
Check the date range you selected when downloading the report, and make sure it covers the period when your employees took the training.
