If you can't complete all your training modules in one session, don't worry. This article explains how your training status works, why you might not see your progress on screen, and how to resume your training when you come back.
How your progress is saved
Quizrr doesn't save your training session on your device, whether you're using the app or a computer. Instead, every time you complete a module, your result syncs to the dashboard in real time.
This means only completed modules are recorded — not modules you start but don't finish. To make sure your progress is recorded correctly, complete at least one full module before you log out or take a break.
Your progress during a session
While you're actively training, your progress for the current session is temporarily saved. If you reload the page, your progress is still there.
This temporary progress isn't the same as being saved to the dashboard — that still only happens once you complete a full module (see below).
Your session progress stays available until you close your browser, exit the training completely, or your session ends. If you choose to quit the training yourself, you'll get a warning first.
Why you don't see progress from past sessions
If you leave the training completely and come back later, in a new session, you won't see your previous progress. The screen looks like you're starting from the beginning.
This is normal, and it doesn't mean your completed modules are lost — they're saved on the dashboard, not on your device or in your browser session.
How to continue your training correctly
Before you start training, you enter some basic information: your employee ID, gender, age group, and job level. The dashboard uses this to create a unique identifier for you.
To continue correctly:
Complete at least one full module before you log off.
When you return, enter the exact same information you used the first time.
The system matches your details and lets you continue with the modules you haven't finished yet.
Note: Once you've fully left and come back, you won't see which modules you already completed — you'll need to remember this yourself and continue with the remaining ones.
Important: Enter the exact same information every time you return. If you enter different details, the dashboard treats you as a new person and counts your training separately.
Why progress isn't saved mid-module
Your result isn't permanently saved to the dashboard until you complete a full module — that part hasn't changed. What's new: your progress during an active session is now held temporarily, so reloading the page or briefly navigating away won't reset you to the start.
But if you fully exit the training, or your session ends, any unsaved mid-module progress is lost, and you'll need to restart that module when you return. This is because Quizrr doesn't collect or store personal identity details tied to in-progress work — the system only permanently records your results once you've completed a full module. This protects your privacy while still letting your employer track training completion
