Updating your Quizrr app helps you enjoy the best learning experience. Updates make the app faster, safer and easier to use. Follow the steps below for your device.
Update the app on iPhone
You do not need to do anything. The Quizrr app updates automatically on iPhone.
If an update is available, your device will install it in the background.
Update the app on Android
You can update the Quizrr app manually on Android.
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Manage apps and device.
Under Updates available, find Quizrr.
Tap Update.
Update the app if your device does not use Google Play Store
If your device does not have the Google Play Store, you can update the app in another way.
Look for an update message inside the app. You may see a pop up with an Update app button.
You can also get the latest version from the Quizrr website or from the direct training link you access through the Dashboard.
Tap Download update.
Open the downloaded file from your Downloads folder.
Follow the on screen steps to install the update.
Note: If you have problems installing the update, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get the newest version. Sometimes an update won't install because your device is too old to support it — check Does my device support Quizrr training? to see if that's the issue.
