Quizrr's Insights section is built on the foundation of the ILO's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. These have since expanded to include additional areas based on compliance and risk mitigation themes.
To find the section, simply click on 'Insights' in the left hand menu, then select 'Your Insights' and then choose the topic in which you are interested.
Within each theme, key messages give you a high-level understanding of risk indications and opportunities related to that topic. The Insights section includes several metrics that measure your capacity-building activities:
Performance on key messages
Performance on key messages shows the average percentage (%) of questions answered correctly on the first try, across all employees and trainings, per key message within the topic.
Use this chart to see where you or your supply chain have lower or higher awareness levels, so you can better support employees in building their knowledge on specific topics. It can help you assess whether additional awareness programs or facility follow-up may be needed, based on potential risk indications. Quizrr uses a traffic light system to indicate risk levels:
Green — High awareness (>85%): Satisfactory results
Yellow — Medium awareness (75%-84%): Opportunity for improvement
Orange — Low awareness (<74%): Risk area, additional action needed
Distribution of performance on key messages
Distribution of performance on key messages shows how employee results are spread for each key message. The darker the color, the more employees got results in that range.
This shows the spread of understanding across your training population for each key message. An average score alone doesn't show you the full picture. This chart helps you identify whether specific groups may need extra support, or may represent a higher-risk group based on their performance.
Performance of key messages over time
Performance of key messages over time displays performance trends for key messages.
This shows how employees' understanding changes over time. It helps you see whether performance is improving, declining, or staying stable, and identify topics that keep scoring lower despite repeated training. It can also help you assess whether you need more awareness-building, refresher training, or facility follow-up.
Note: Consider external factors such as employee turnover when reviewing this data. If turnover is high, and new employees are seeing these topics for the first time, performance may not increase over time — your training population keeps changing. Other factors to consider could be the number of employees trained per year, or which markets the training was completed in.
Comparison of performance on key messages
Comparison of performance on key messages shows how your combined results compare to average results in the selected market.
This helps you benchmark your or your supply chain's performance against others in the same market, so you can see where you're strong or where you need to improve, based on whether your results are above or below average.
