The Learning Summary helps your implementation team follow training progress, and makes it easy to share your company's training results with management or audit teams.
This guide shows you where to find the report, how to download it, and how to share it with others.
Where to begin
Go to your Quizrr dashboard. On the right side of your screen, select 'Toolkit'. Click Reports, then select 'Learning Summary (PDF)'.
How to select the report filters
You'll see filter options to help you choose exactly which report you want:
Market — choose the market of the facility you want to review. Useful if your company works across different markets.
Facility — select the specific facility you want the report for.
Time period — adjust the time filter to choose the dates you want to include.
These filters make sure the PDF matches the data you want to review.
How to download or share the report
Once you've selected your filters, choose how to receive the report:
Send to myself — the PDF is emailed to the address you use to sign in to the dashboard.
Share with others — enter a colleague's email address, then click 'Share with others' to send it directly to them.
What the Learning Summary includes
The Learning Summary is sent to your email as a PDF. Its content follows the filters you selected — so it matches the time period, market, facility, and program you chose. It gives you a clear overview of your training progress, including:
Trainee demographics
Basic information about the people who joined the training, such as job roles and gender groups — this helps you understand who took part.
Training results for the selected program
The training completion rate
The average training time
The number of participants
The overall training outcomes
Key Messages results
The Key Messages results for the selected program, matching what you see on your dashboard — these help you understand how well learners understood the core topics.
Summary of activity within your selected time period
How many people joined training during the selected dates, and how much progress they made — useful for comparing changes over time, or reporting progress to management or audit teams.
Avoiding common mistakes
Make sure you select the correct market and facility before exporting.
Double-check the time period to make sure you get the data you need.
