How can I translate the information in the Helpdesk to my preferred language?

Quizrr's Helpdesk is currently available in English, Chinese, and Spanish. To access it in your preferred language, follow these simple steps using the Google Translate Chrome Extension.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Install Google Translate Extension


  • Click “Add to Chrome”, then “Add Extension” when prompted.



2. Use Google Translate on the Quizrr Helpdesk Knowledge Base Page

  • Select “Translate this page”.

  • Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.



(Optional) Enable Auto-Translation

  • Click on the extension icon and select “Options”.

  • Under “Languages”, set your default primary language.
