Why is the training data not updated in the Dashboard?

Sometimes you might not see your data uploaded on the Dashboard immediately. Due to the distance and potential network delays it can take some time for the data to get processed and updated on the Dashboard.


Try these steps:

  • Try refreshing the Dashboard in your browser
  • You can also try a “hard-refresh”:
    • On PC: Press CTRL+F5
    • On Mac: Hold shift while pressing the refresh button in the browser or hold cmd + shift and press the R on the keyboard

Alternatively, you can try restarting your browser completely, opening dashboard.quizrrapp.com and logging in again
