How do I share training with employees?

There are multiple options to share the training with colleagues, depending on the scenario. Please note that in all scenarios, employees will need to know their employee ID.  

Scenario 1: For employees that have an email they want to / can register with, there are two options: 

Click on your initials in the top right corner and click on ‘Team Management’. Under the section ‘Your Colleagues’, you can find the ‘Invite colleagues’ button. If you click on this button, you will be able to enter the email of a colleague and choose whether you want them to gain access to the Dashboard or only train – if they should only train, please select ‘Player’ in the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can copy the link and share it with multiple colleagues at the same time. Please note that sharing this link will require the colleagues to register with their email address. 

Click on your initials in the top right corner and click on ‘Your Training Library’. Here you can find an overview of your trainings and three different options to share the training. Please select the first option ‘Enable colleagues to train on any online device’ and copy the link to share the training with colleagues who will register via email.

Scenario 2: For employees that do not have an email they want to / can register with. 

Click on your initials in the top right corner and click on ‘Your Training Library’. Here you can find an overview of your trainings and three different options to share the training. Please select the second option ‘Enable colleagues to train without email on any online device’ and copy the link to share the training with colleagues. Alternatively, you can select the third option ‘Enable colleagues to train through the app, online or offline’, which will enable employees to scan a QR code and train through the Quizrr App on tablets and smarphones. This option also does not require an email to register. 

Scenario 3: For training offline.  

Click on your initials in the top right corner and click on ‘Your Training Library’. Here you can find an overview of your trainings and three different options to share the training. Select the third option:' Enable colleagues to train through the app, online or offline’ and download the QR code. The feature to train offline is only available on tablets. You will need Wi-Fi to download the App and content before you are able to use it to train offline. In addition, you will need to connect the tablet to Wi-Fi occasionally to ensure that the data can be synced to the Dashboard.
