How to factory reset a tablet

WARNING: This will remove all training applications and unsynchronised training data from the tablet!

If there is training data that is not yet synced on the tablet contact us by submitting a ticket here before you follow the steps below!

How to factory data reset a Samsung tablet:

1. Open settings (the icon is a cogwheel)
2. Scroll down to "General Management"
3. Press “Factory data reset”
4. Follow the instructions on the screen
5. When this has been completed, install the training applications again following the installation guide found here (when installed try the application again)

How to factory data reset a Huawei tablet:

1. Open settings (the icon is a cogwheel)
2. Scroll down to "System"
3. Click “Reset”
4. Click "Factory data reset"
5. Follow the instructions on the screen
6. When this has been completed, install the training applications again following the installation guide found here (when installed try the application again)
