You can normally solve this by following these steps:

  1. Make sure your tablet is connected to your Wi-Fi network and that you have access to the internet
    • To test your internet access, you can visit www.quizrr.se in the browser on the tablet
    • If you can't visit www.quizrr.se, contact your IT-department, ask them for help and to grant access to www.quizrr.se
  2. Now that you have connected to your Wi-Fi network and can access www.quizrr.se, you should be able to sync the training data. Please try to sync the training data again

 

If you still can't sync training data, try the following:

  1. Update the training application (Click here for a guide)
  2. Try again after you have updated the application
