What should I do if I’m not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) or if it isn’t working?

The One-Time Password (OTP) may take some seconds to a minute to arrive. 


If you've requested multiple OTPs, ensure you're entering the most recent one you received, as delays can cause outdated codes to appear.


If you're not receiving OTP emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
